Chicken Casserole Recipes | Easy Chicken Recipes

Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:

6 boneless chicken breasts, skinned

1 ½ cups salsa

1 teaspoon ground cumin

3 tablespoons lemon juice

Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker, pour sauce over chicken. Cover and simmer 6-7 hours or high 3 hours, until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Add the cumin and lemon juice, cover and cook another 15 minutes.

Note: For an extra spicy kick, add a pinch of red chili powder with cumin and lemon juice.
